Mary Kay Ash is one of the most inspirational entrepreneur and businesswomen all over the world!
“My priorities have always been God first, family second, career third.”
At first, she was working on direct sales and doing this job was really hard for women. So after she quit her job, she decided to write a book about women problems in workplace. And then she was looking for a good idea for being successful in the business world and she knew that she hand to find a new and really good one. Her idea was selling skin care products but Mary Kay was an original. As an entrepreneur, she started her business from a tiny store in Dallas, Texas on Friday, September 13, 1963, with five products and one big dream on Friday, September 13, 1963. Celebrating more than 40 years in business, Mary Kay is in the pink as one of the top direct sellers of beauty products in the US. It offers more than 200 products in six categories: body care, color cosmetics, facial skin care, fragrance, nail care, and sun protection. Some 2.5 million independent sales consultants demonstrate Mary Kay products in the US and about 35 other countries; the company also sells products through its website.
“Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember you can achieve.’’
Some people thought that this company was so idealistic to work but she was thinking her company was just like bumblebee’s body which has to big body for its wings. So it shouldn't be able to fly, but it could. She never had been hopeless to success. Her symbol of success was a bumblebee so she was always wearing a bumblebee pin.
“Pretend that every single person you meet has a sign around his or her neck that says, 'Make me feel important.' Not only will you succeed in sales, you will succeed in life.” 
She believed that only if you make employees feel better, you will motivate them and you will contribute both your and their success. She respected her employees. She wanted to make real difference in women’s lives. She not only managed her sales team more than 2.000 women, but she also was speaking directly to more than 25.000 Mary Kay personal. Her respect makes her employees more motivate and they adapt themselves to contribute to her company. Mary Kay gives women unlimited opportunity for their successful career. Mary Kay is famous for rewarding her successful employees. She gave her employees recognition not only cash. Every year, she gave her outstanding employees and consultants awards that range from to pink Cadillac, diamond jewelry, bumblebee pins and 5 star vacations.
Today her vision, her courage and her unwavering spirit continue to bring women the opportunity to achieve their potential and bring their dreams to life. Many people have difficulties in their lives, she had many difficulties either but she never gave up. That is the biggest difference between Mary Kay and others.
